Selected projects
A machine used to form tablets. The tablets are made from a compressed powder containing a medicinal substance and excipients. The project uses the Gantner Instruments technology and the Q Station 101DT controller along with Q Bloxx D101 and A106 modules. With the solutions used, we can record and process the tablet pressing forces obtained from strain gauges. The controller determines the maximum crushing force for each tablet and verifies whether it meets the strict production parameters. Each tablet is assigned a stamped number, which makes the subsequent analysis and diagnosis easier. The Q.Station 101DT controller continuously transmits critical production parameters to the master controller using the EtherCAT protocol. The device manufactured by I.K.A. – Technik Sp z o.o. is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP guidelines.
We have carried out the full scope of work to prepare the CIP equipment washing stations.
We have developed a station concept that takes into account the limited space of the rooms in which the station is to be used.
The tasks we have completed so far include:
- – 2D and 3D projects;
- – Design Qualification (DQ);
- – Installation of pipes and tanks;
- – Weld documentation;
- – Dedicated automation and control system;
- – Comprehensive qualification and validation of processes.
At the initial stage of the concept development, we are involved in the preparation of the URS for the construction of a new clean room or upgrade of an existing one. We then follow with a detailed construction design, specifying the structure, walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, high- and low-current installations, HVAC, BMS, RMS, and utility systems. I.K.A. – Technik Sp. z o.o. works on the completion and delivery of the required components and the installation of equipment and systems in the final location. Once the systems have been commissioned and adjusted, the company takes care of the execution of the acceptance procedure and complete as-built documentation, including validation and qualification.
